We just closed a conforming refinance in 20 days! The big banks can take 90 days and much more in some cases.

Just closed a conforming 15 year loan at 2.5% with no points – rates are still incredible!

I just reduced a borrower’s payment by $1,000 per month by lowering his rate and payment and eliminating his mortgage insurance.

He’s now putting an additional $1,000 per month into his 401k plan.
